Awaya SMS Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026.
Your waitlist permission
By joining Awaya's waitlist, you agree that Awaya may text the number you provide with an invitation when access is available. This permission covers that invitation. It does not subscribe you to general advertising, recurring travel offers, or unrelated marketing.
Joining saves your request. It does not send an immediate text or verification code. It does not verify your number or activate travel conversations. An invitation is not guaranteed, and the website does not automatically send one when you join.
Travel conversations are separate
If Awaya separately offers you beta access, you may choose to start a travel conversation through the channel provided. Access remains subject to Awaya enabling it. Website signup alone does not start that conversation or unlock access.
Replies during an enabled conversation depend on your requests and the available service. These terms do not authorise bookings, payments, or points transfers. Those actions require the approval described in the Terms of Service.
Your number and delivery
Use a number you control and are authorised to use. Contact us if your number changes or you lose control of it. A country in the form does not guarantee messaging coverage for that country, carrier, or device.
Awaya does not charge you to join the waitlist. If messaging occurs, your carrier's usual message and data charges may apply. Messages can be delayed, filtered, or undelivered.
Withdraw permission or get help
Email stephen@awaya.io to withdraw invitation permission, stop Awaya messages, or get help. Include the relevant phone number. You do not need an account to withdraw permission. Follow any additional unsubscribe instructions included in a message you receive.
Submitting your number again does not cancel an earlier opt-out, restore revoked access, or resubscribe you. Our Privacy Policy explains signup records and the minimal records needed to honour messaging choices.
