Awaya Terms of Service
Last updated 24 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms cover Awaya's website, waitlist, and any travel beta you are separately invited to use. Awaya's contact is stephen@awaya.io. Our SMS Terms explain messaging permission. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is free. You must control the number you submit and be authorised to use it. Do not submit someone else's number without their permission.
Joining saves your number and signup record. It does not send a code or an immediate text, verify ownership, or activate beta access. You permit Awaya to text an invitation when access is available, subject to your messaging choices. We do not guarantee an invitation, a place in a particular release, or an access date.
Signup does not book travel, spend money or points, or start a subscription. Examples on the website are illustrations, not available fares or reservations.
Using an invited travel beta
If invited and available to you, Awaya can help discuss travel and compare options using the functions enabled for your access. Availability may depend on your country, number, suppliers, and testing limits. Features may change or be interrupted during testing.
Give accurate details that matter to your request. Share another traveller's information only with appropriate permission. Do not use Awaya for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, unauthorised account access, or attempts to bypass security or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
Travel information and approval
An enabled travel beta uses automated systems, including AI. Answers can be wrong or incomplete. Imported points balances and travel details may be out of date. A suggested points value is an estimate.
Prices, taxes, availability, and loyalty rules can change. A suggestion does not hold a seat or room. Check final traveller details, dates, currency, baggage, restrictions, and cancellation terms. Check entry, passport, visa, and health requirements with official sources.
Airlines, hotels, loyalty programmes, and other suppliers set terms for their products. Those terms apply to travel you purchase. They do not remove Awaya's own responsibilities.
Awaya requires your explicit approval before booking, spending money, transferring or redeeming points, or accepting a paid change for you. Liking a suggestion is not ongoing authority to transact. Any available transaction must present its cost and material conditions for approval. A material change requires fresh approval. Any separate Awaya charge must also be disclosed and accepted before it applies.
Your content and accounts
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Awaya permission to use it as needed to provide the functions you request and operate those functions. This does not permit unrelated publication or unrestricted reuse.
Connecting Gmail or another account requires a separate permission step. Joining the waitlist does not connect an account or import travel information. You can decline optional connections.
Changes, rights, and contact
We may update these terms and publish the revision date. Material changes apply prospectively, with notice where required. A change does not expand your messaging permission or transaction authority without any further consent required.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Contact stephen@awaya.io for help, complaints, or to stop using Awaya.
